3. We have not received the item you want to return or exchange

4. Return and exchange requirements beyond the return and exchange deadline. Return or exchange within 48 hours (based on the date of customer receipt)

5. Returns due to customer's own reasons (such as not reading the content description before placing an order, duplicate orders, etc.)

6. Products that do not match the packaging displayed on the page but do not change in content due to packaging changes will not be returned or exchanged
